1  Seoul

From high tech to high rise, most things in Seoul go up, not least the swelling population. Sadly for Danny Robins, our intrepid talent seems to be on the way down after going head to head in a battle with the B Boyz, toe to toe in a taekwondo match and foot in mouth with some skin eating fishes.

2  Ecuador

Mike McClean braves tarantulas in this episode to head deep into the Amazon. If it's not the piranhas and anaconda's that get him, then the rain certainly will. We also visit Quito at a nose bleeding two miles above sea level and check out the nations finest pet food, Guinea Pigs.

3  London

In this action-packed show Sarah Cawood dips her toes into London's buzzy West End and pretends to be a Princess at the Palace of Westminster. She also heads to the East End where she discovers what makes Londoners tick, swings by the pub, tries jellied eels and ends up in a loo with actor Jason Donovan.

4  The Cayman Islands

Christopher Columbus first spotted the Cayman Islands in 1503 but this year it’s Sarah Cawood who’s exploring the trio of Caribbean islands. And contrary to popular belief it’s not all top notch hotels and first class beaches. Sarah gets up close and personal with the islands’ wilder side, swimming with stingray, talking to turtles and getting to grips with the largest native species, the Blue Iguana. She also finds time for some barefoot luxury on Little Cayman where she dives The Bloody Bay Wall and cooks a Caymanian conch!

5  Madeira

Too often labelled a winter getaway for the over 50s, Sarah Cawood discovers that this Portuguese gem has a lot more to offer. She gets to explore prehistoric forests, walk along ancient waterways, indulge her love of gardening and knock back a glass of the proverbial on an island that's full of surprises.

6  South Korea

Danny Robins visits the Hermit Kingdom and discovers its rich and secret past in the country's capital cities, Seoul and Gyeonju. We check out the border with North Korea. Here a million troops face off, nervy stuff before flying south to the island of Jeju, a honeymoon hotspot.

7  Bay of Naples

It's one of the most beautiful spots on the planet and has been attracting the rich and famous since the time of the Roman Emperors. Danann Breathnach explores the stunning bay of Naples and uncovers a world of sunken cities, ancient remains and of course, some great pizza. He gets under the skin of Naples, dips into the thermal pools of Ischia, and overdoes it on the wonderful limoncello of Sorrento.
