Beginning her trip in the capital's eclectic night food market, Helen then tackles the dizzying heights of Taipei 101; once the tallest building in the world and now home to one of Taiwan's most exclusive restaurants. After heading to the coast to pick the best seafood to cook tepinyaki style, Helen enjoys an overnight stay in a Buddhist monastery to investigate how the art of meditation can influence the mind when it comes to what we should eat. With the possible exception of the stinky tofu, Helen finds Taiwan to be a food lover's treat.
